It is good to have an end to journey toward, but it is the journey that matters in the end.

BE WARY IF A COMPANY DOES ONE OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING

1. Asks you for a down payment. If a company needs your money for materials or to gain trust-watch out!
2. Shows up late. Hope that it’s not a trend with their measure people, installers, etc.
3. Reschedules your original appointment- too busy for you? hmmmmmmmmm
4. Needs all “decision makers” to be present. Are you not capable of relaying information to your spouse?
5. Bad mouths the competition. Must we do this to make us look good?
6. Gives you one price, then drops to another. (What if you would have said yes to the first one?)
7. Calls the “boss” to see if you can get a better deal. This is why people also hate shopping for a car.
8. Informs you of the “today only” sale. Gas stations may be able to change prices hourly, but window manufacturers have set costs.
9. Applies any sort of pressure. This isn’t an interrogation.
10. Takes more than one hour of your time. This isn’t open-heart surgery, it’s selling a window.
