Not everyone has it within their mind to replace all the windows in their home at once. This is especially true if you have a significant number of windows in your home. And this home did have a few varieties of window types. This project was also split into two different phases where we first installed 14 windows and then about 9 months later we installed 10 more Karma vinyl replacement windows.
Further we were able to also assist in installing vinyl soffit and fascia and 6″ gutters which made the completion of this work less complicated for the home owner. Our extensive experience in so many aspects of remodeling allows us to help close the gap on other home improvement projects that also need to be completed.
In addition, we re-built and wrapped a front bay window that had suffered a lot of water damage. When working with reclaiming, and often reframing windows (if water damage has gone to far into the surrounding wood) every step of the way, we are able to keep in contact with the home owner if there are any decisions that need to be addressed collaboratively.
There is always less work that needs to be done if home owners are able to allow our teams to address water damaged windows as soon as possible to prevent the spread of water intrusion into the structure of your home.
Below are photos of this project before the upgrading of windows that this Mt Juliet, TN client quoted with us and had installed.
